At NAKED Underwear, we want you to feel confident in your second skin. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached; place them back in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
